Michael Jordan To Attend Tiger Woods Press Conference? (UPDATE)
Oh...GET THE F OUT. As if this whole thing already wasn't one big giant sham, according to a report from WEEI, Michael Jordan will be in attendance at Tiger's 11 a.m. press conference.
Yes, this heavily publicized event has spectacularly shifted from an official pr-orchestrated apology, to a Nike sponsored Coozehounders Anonymous meeting:
Golfer Brad Faxon, making an appearance on the Dennis & Callahan show Friday morning, said that NBA legend Michael Jordan will make an appearance at Tiger Woods' press conference Friday morning and that Woods' wife Elin will not be in attendance. Faxon said Notah Begay dropped out of this weekend's PGA tournament in Mexico to be with his former Stanford teammate at the press conference, adding, "I know Michael Jordan's going to be there. I know Elin is not going to be there. ... I think Tiger really wants some friends there. That's why this thing is really a mystery to me."
Seriously: If this is true, Tiger Woods has the worst handlers in history. Why not just plop Charlie Sheen in a chair next to him, too?
