Sepp Blatter Suggests Gays Should "Refrain From Sex" At Qatar 2022. Dick.

Sepp Blatter has come under fire for trying to laugh off concerns about Qatar's… "restrictive" culture, which, amongst other things, rules homosexuality illegal and frowns upon drinking booze in public, by suggesting gay fans should probably stay celibate during the 2022 World Cup.
Speaking in Johannesburg yesterday, when asked about the problems gay fans might face in Qatar, Blatter joked:
I would say they [gay fans] should refrain from any sexual activities.
As you might expect, the quip has gone down like a ton of bricks.
