Three-Star OSU Recruit Is Five-Star Molester
Incoming freshman lineman Chris Carter was busted for feeling up as many as eight high school girls, while claiming to measure them for their ROTC uniforms. Points for creativity, but a night in jail for, you know, committing a crime.
According to the , Carter took a 15-year-old girl out of her class and into a small secluded room behind the auditorium.
Once inside the room, he asked the victim to take off her sweatshirt and shirt so he could take her measurements," the police report said. "He cut off the lights. . . and stated 'I need you to take your bra off.' The arrested male than put his arms under her arms from behind and attempted to pull her bra up."
She went to police, who arrested Carter for sexual imposition. The most incredible part of this story isn't that one girl, or even multiple girls fell for the old ROTC uniform trick (were they even in the Junior ROTC? The story doesn't say). It's how they discovered the other victims. Carter handed over a notebook with the measurements of eight women, showing he wasn't just copping a feel, but actually recording the measurements as well.
