(I'm from Guilford and could have told you that would happen—we, like Darien, are an old shoreline town of approximately 20,000, but, unlike Darien, we don't have a per capita income of $77,519. Can't win at girls' lacrosse without a lot of rich girls.) Could the undisclosed reason for coach Lisa Lindley's suspension have anything to do with the moment captured in the above photo, taken during last week's Greenwich-Darien game? Nawww, no way.
