Goalie Fined For Dousing Fans With Water Bottle (Also, There Are Minor-League Hockey Teams In The South)

The video above's been out there for nearly a week, but it escaped any real notice until now, likely because it happened at the end of an ECHL game between the Orlando Solar Bears (get it?) and the Gwinnett (Ga.) Gladiators. John Curry, the Solar Bears' goalie, took care to wait until all of his teammates and coaches had made their way into the tunnel before he splashed that Praetorian Guard legion that managed to score rinkside seats. The ECHL has fined Curry an undisclosed amount, but they should be giving him a bonus. This might be the best minor-league hockey highlight in the history of the state of Georgia.
