Drake's New Diss Track Comes With A Great Sports Troll
Drake and Meek Mill are beefing because Meek claimed that Drake doesn’t write his own raps. This morning, Drake released his second diss track aimed at Meek, and it’s pretty good, as diss tracks go, but what I really like about it is the cover art:
That’s a photo of Blue Jays great Joe Carter right after he snatched the 1993 World Series away from the Philadelphia Phillies by hitting a walk-off, series-winning homer off Mitch Williams in Game 6. It’s one of the greatest moments in baseball history:
It’s also a wonderful thing for Drake to reference via the cover art of this track, given that he is from Toronto and Meek Mill is from Philadelphia. This is basically Drake right now:
