Here's Woody Johnson With The Jets Fan Who Punched A Woman
Pictured above is Jets owner Woody Johnson, smiling alongside a man named Kurt Paschke. You probably know Paschke as the man identified as the Jets fan who punched a woman in the face on Sunday. A tipster sent along the photo, saying it had been tagged to Paschke's Facebook page.
The photo was posted last week, which means it was likely taken before the Steelers-Jets game. Johnson usually strolls through the MetLife parking lot before games to pose for photos with fans (he's wearing the same outfit, down to the breast cancer awareness pin, in a pic uploaded to his Instagram last week). The Daily News reported that Paschke owns a Jets minibus, adding:
[A friend] said it's such a familiar sight in the stadium parking lot that even Jets owner Woody Johnson has clambered inside to check out the custom Jets-embroidered seats and the Jets-themed curtains, which Paschke's mom made for him.
Paschke, 38, was convicted of fatally stabbing a teenager two decades ago, per the Daily News.
