MMA Fighter's Nose Probably Shouldn't Look Like That

This here is a photo of cage fighter/tomato can Andy Eichholz, who was KO'ed 15 seconds into his fight against Wade Sauer over the weekend. I'm no doctor, but that nose looks like it wants to be an ear.
