Pitcher Throws At Batter Who Requests Timeout

That's Bryan Bullington pitching for the Hiroshima Carp in Japan. Bryan Bullington is not about to suffer fools like Ryota Arai who call timeout when he's already started his wind up.
You may remember Bullington as the first pick in the 2002 MLB draft—a pick shockingly held by the Pittsburgh Pirates—you will now remember him as the guy who threw at a batter who had requested, and was awarded, a timeout.
There's video of Arai only—fun starts at :40—and you can see that he was not hit and the at bat continued, eventually ending in a strikeout.
