Cristiano Ronaldo won his second Ballon d'Or yesterday, awarded to the year's best soccer player. He beat out Lionel Messi, who had won it four years in a row. Ronaldo's win was expected (though neither he nor Messi had each other in their top three), so the highlight of the gala was the above photo that made the rounds. We're here to burst your ballon.

The picture shows Ronaldo with his hand on girlfriend Irina Shayk's knee, while Messi's girlfriend Antonella Roccuzzo sits on his lap. It got traction because it totally seems plausible: Ronaldo's a player, and Messi's a big dork.
