The NBA today announced that Bradley Beal has been fined $50,000 for his intense hugging of Draymond Green, while Green has been fined $25,000 for hugging back. Kelly Oubre was also fined, for actions related to socking his teammate right in the back of the damn head:
Fellow Wizards Markieff Morris and Carrick Felix each received one-game suspensions from the NBA for leaving the bench for a closer view of the hugging. This is the second instance this season when an NBA player has been suspended for leaving the bench during an altercation, after C.J. McCollum missed Portland’s opener as a result of wandering a little ways from the bench during a preseason scuffle.
