Update, 10:23 p.m. EST: Oakley was arrested and taken to a police station, but he won’t spend the night in jail. He will, however, be charged with three counts of assault.

The New York Times profiled Oakley late last year, and he revealed his loathing of Dolan. He apparently urged LeBron James against signing with the Knicks in 2010 and called Dolan “a bunch of bad names.”

“The boss don’t like me,” Oakley said last week. “I wouldn’t mind having a sit-down dinner with Dolan. I wouldn’t mind cooking him dinner.”
