Dwyane Wade Hits Game-Winner While Paying Tribute To Parkland Student
credits: Wilfredo Lee | source: [object Object] Dwyane Wade briefly looked like his vintage self tonight, putting up 15 of Miami’s 17 final points in a close fourth quarter against Philadelphia—including the game-winning shot with just a few seconds remaining.
This was Miami’s first game since Wade announced that he’d be dedicating the rest of his season to Joaquin Oliver, who was killed in the shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Fla. earlier this month and was buried in a Wade jersey this week. Wade wrote Oliver’s name on his shoes before tonight’s game.
