The Broward County department of Waste and Wastewater Services is instituting password protection for viewing and paying customers' utility bills. This could be the last Oddibe McDowell water bill we ever see. It's $80.55, including a semi-annual stormwater fee.
We spoke with Rosa in customer service at Broward County WWS, and they told us the change is part of a more general move toward online privacy, and not related to ongoing coverage of Oddibe McDowell's water bill. We also realized we know enough info about Oddibe McDowell's life to pose as him and set up a password-protected account in his name, but we chose not to. So this might be it for us.
