Pennsylvania Gaming enjoyed a record-breaking November, as in its best month of all time. Based on the monthly results released by the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB), combined total revenue generated from all forms of gaming, along with fantasy contests was $623.1 million. It eclipses the previous monthly high of $601.8 million, set back in May.
The total gaming revenue saw an increase of 10.8% from the same period last year. Strong online sports betting and iGaming results played significant roles in the latest Keystone State results.
Pennsylvania sportsbooks enjoyed their best month ever as operators reported a handle of $991 million. Besides it being a new state record, the result represents a 6% increase from November 2024. The previous high of $968.5 million was set in October 2025.
Taxable sports betting revenue also achieved a new all-time high of $98.3 million, a 27.56% increase from the $77.1 million reported the previous November.
The PGCB lists its monthly results by casino license holder, several of which share a land-based partnership with an online sports betting operator.

Just like in neighboring New Jersey, FanDuel Sportsbook was the clear leader of the PA pack with $44.2 million in taxable sports betting revenue. The FanDuel-branded retail sportsbook at Valley Forge Casino Resort only accounted for $204,176 of the revenue.
DraftKings Sportsbook claimed runner-up honors with a tad over $28 million in taxable sports betting revenue, the bulk of which came via the DraftKings Sportsbook app.
