The Wednesday evening game between the New York Mets and host Baltimore Orioles was postponed due to inclement weather.

The two teams will play a split doubleheader on Thursday. Game 1 is slated for 12:05 p.m. ET and Game 2 is scheduled for 5:05 p.m. ET.

The Mets are expected to start left-hander David Peterson (6-4, 3.18 ERA) in the opener.

Baltimore will likely send right-hander Charlie Morton (5-7, 5.47) to the mound in Game 1 and righty Tomoyuki Sugano (6-5, 4.44) out for the nightcap.

The Mets rallied to capture the opener of the three-game series 7-6 in ten innings on Tuesday.
