Launched in August 2026, Phygitals is an online mystery pack site that sells various collectibles, including Pokémon, One Piece and sports trading cards. I was keen to check it out, and joined just a few days after it went live.
Surprisingly, though, I didn’t receive a Phygitals signup bonus. Prior to registration, I’d read newcomers could claim a risk-free Trainer Pack worth up to $500, but that never happened. Perhaps that information was simply outdated. However, I’d even seen a page on the Phygitals website that promised a free $1 claw machine play, which also turned out to be false.

If you haven’t read my Phygitals review yet, you might not realize how this site works. Basically, it’s a haven for trading card collectors. Particularly Pokémon, but also things like One Piece, Yu-Gi-Oh! and Dragon Ball, along with sports cards from the NBA, MLB and NFL.
There are two parts to the platform:
Unlike some similar platforms, all transactions are carried out using real money. There are no virtual currencies here, such as Gems or Gold Coins. If your pull has a fair market value of $500, it’s really worth $500.
If you like what you’ve pulled, you can ask Phygitals to ship it to the address of your choice. Naturally, there are fees involved here, which vary depending on your location and which partner the cards came from. Otherwise, you can choose to sell it.
When selling, you have two options – either list it on the Marketplace, or take at least 85% of its fair market value instantly. There’s no hurry to decide, though – the cards remain stored in a secure vault at no extra cost, until you’ve figured out what to do.
I’m honestly not sure what’s going on with the signup bonus at Phygitals. I’ve read things that suggest there used to be a welcome bonus, so there’s no reason why there couldn’t be one again in future.
It’s all a bit confusing at the moment. There’s a page on the website that’s still active – Phygitals.com/free – that talks about a free pack from a $1 claw machine. That suggests there is a bonus, but it didn’t tally with my own experience.

Fill out the required info. You can speed up things by signing up using your Google account, Apple ID, or by linking a crypto wallet.
That will let you browse and use most of the site’s features. Though you will be required to complete KYC to unlock some options, like requesting that cards be shipped to you.
I didn’t get any kind of a reward upon registration, so I can only imagine the promotion has been discontinued. Honestly, that was frustrating. Had I not been anticipating a bonus, it probably wouldn’t really have been an issue. But I’d seen that page, so my expectations were set accordingly.
It’s possible that the offer was only active during the brand’s soft launch phase. Now the platform’s gone fully live, perhaps the management doesn’t see the need for a welcome bonus. However, other competing sites give new accounts a reward for joining, so I hope they change their minds in future.

Okay, let’s take a closer look at each one of these Phygitals bonuses.
When a player signs up using your unique referral URL, you become eligible to receive 1% of all their future buybacks. In other words, if they purchase a mystery pack, then sell it instantly, you’ll collect 1% of whatever the fair market value is. For example, if they receive $100 from a buyback, you get $1.
These referral bonuses are paid as site credits, meaning you can only use them to buy mystery packs of your own. You cannot redeem a referral bonus for cash and withdraw the funds, for instance.
If you click on your profile icon, then scroll towards the bottom of the menu, you’ll notice a link marked “Vouchers”. This opens a page listing all of your active vouchers, which are redeemable for free mystery packs. However, there’s no further information about how these vouchers work, or where you can find them.
I was expecting the page to have a text input field, so you can redeem a Phygitals bonus code of some kind. But there’s nothing like that – just a section for “Active Vouchers” and nothing else.
When I get more information, I’ll update my guide accordingly. But for now, all I know is that some kind of vouchers exist somewhere.
Click “Settings” in your account and you’ll see a number of optional tasks. You don’t have to provide any of this information, of course. But if you choose to complete all of these profile sections, you become eligible to receive free pack drops:
Sadly, this is another feature that’s briefly mentioned on the Phygitals website, but no supporting details ever follow. How frequently these drops may or may not occur, I don’t know. I’m yet to receive a message about one, anyway.
If you choose to sell your new card right away, you’re guaranteed to receive 85% of its value, as determined by real-time market data. However, at the time of writing this guide, a number of packs were subject to buyback boosts of between 90% and 100%.

Aside from the bonuses I already described, there are two more things I want to discuss before I wrap things up.
Phygitals definitely has some kind of VIP rewards scheme for regular users, but I can’t tell you anything about it. I know that a program exists – click the profile image to view your account details, and you’ll see “Level” next to a number and an XP progress bar.
Unfortunately though, there’s no information anywhere on the website that breaks down the benefits or requirements of this rewards program. The support team wasn’t able to offer much assistance, either. I already passed my feedback on, so I’m hoping to see some details appear on the website sooner, rather than later.
Phygitals is currently active on four social media platforms – Instagram, X, Discord and Telegram. Now, you won’t find any promotions there yet – I’ve had a good look, so I know. Despite this, I recommend you follow along anyway, because I’m pretty sure there will be at some point.
Most platforms like this run contests and giveaways on their socials, with prize drops and other goodies awarded on a semi-regular basis. Position yourself to get in early if Phygitals decides to follow suit.
Phygitals may not give new accounts a signup bonus, but it does still provide ongoing rewards to regular users. There’s a VIP program, for example, as well as free pack drops for those who complete their profiles in full.
Buyback boosts are a nice touch. Most mystery shopping platforms offer an instant sale feature, but the percentage is never 100%. The default sale price at Phygitals is 85%, which is about standard. However, there’s always a selection of packs on offer with a boosted buyback percentage varying from 90% to 100%.
The friend referral program is perhaps the best source of bonus funds at Phygitals, though. You stand to receive 1% of all buybacks completed by your referred friends. There’s no upper limit on the number of people you can recruit, and – for the time being, at least – there’s no cap on the total referral rewards either.
Despite the lack of a signup bonus, Phygitals is still worth a look. Both the responsive website and the visually-pleasing iOS app are extremely user-friendly, and the variety of trading cards offers something for everyone. Use a banner on this page to learn more and create a Phygitals account.
At the time of writing, Phygitals doesn’t have any kind of deposit bonus, whether for new or existing accounts. If that ever changes, I’ll be the first to let you know.
