The Tuesday night game between the San Diego Padres and host Philadelphia Phillies was postponed due to inclement weather.

The two teams will play a split doubleheader on Wednesday. Game 1 is slated for 1:05 p.m. ET and Game 2 is scheduled for 6:15 p.m.

The Padres are expected to start Nick Pivetta (8-2, 3.36 ERA) in the opener and fellow right-hander Dylan Cease (3-7, 4.53) in Game 2.

Philadelphia will likely send right-hander Mick Abel (2-1, 3.47) to the mound in Game 1 and left-hander Cristopher Sanchez (6-2, 2.79) out for the nightcap.

The Phillies won the opener of the three-game series 4-0 on Monday.
