The Toronto Tempo (11-26) have lost nine of their last 10 games. We just saw them lose 88-78 to the Las Vegas Aces in a game where they had 15 turnovers. Needless to say, this team is really struggling right now.
Up next is a road game against the Seattle Storm (7-31), who are similarly in poor form, losing nine of their last 10 games. The Storm are priced at 73 cents to win this game. At first glance, this feels like an inflated number due to home-court advantage. It’s hard to justify paying such an expensive price on a team that has only won seven of 38 games this season. However, when we dig a little deeper, it makes sense why the Storm are heavily favored.

Storm center Dominique Malonga has three double-doubles in her last four games. There’s a good chance that she’ll be able to cause problems for the Tempo in this one.
With that in mind, we’ll take the Storm to win by Over 6.5 points in this one.

While the Storm have been one of the worst teams in the WNBA, they have home-court advantage and a healthier squad, which is why they’re favored by 6.5 points in this matchup.
