UAE Team Emirates XRG's Tadej Pogacar celebrates winning stage 7 of the 2025 Tour de France - Saint-Malo to Mur-De-Bretagne Guerledan - Saint-Malo, France - July 11, 2025
Tadej Pogacar won Stage 13 of the Tour de France on Friday, increasing his overall lead after his fourth stage win of the 2025 event.
The reigning champion finished the 10.9 km mountain time trial, which took him from Loudenvielle to the Peyragudes airfield in the Pyrenees in 23 minutes. It was his 21st career stage victory in the Tour de France.
Pogacar finished 36 seconds ahead of Jonas Vinegaard of Denmark and 80 seconds in front of Primoz Roglic, his fellow Slovenian.
The results Friday mirrored the overall standings, in which Pogacar holds the yellow jersey with Vinegaard in second, four minutes and seven seconds back.
Remco Evenepoe of Belgium, maintained his hold on third place, despite being slowed by a mechanical issue that put him in 12th place in the stage. He fell to seven minutes, 24 seconds behind Pogacar.
On Saturday, Stage 14 will take the cyclists along a 182.6-kilometer trek through the mountains from Pau to Luchon-Superbagneres. The 21-stage spectacle will conclude July 27 in Paris.
