The Cardinals Lost Their 12th Game

Ross gave up six hits and an earned run in his six-inning outing, improving his record to 3-0 with a 0.79 ERA. Jaime Garcia fell to 1-2 on the season after surrendering four earned runs in his 6 1/3 innings pitched.
The loss drops the Cardinals to .500 on the season. Through 24 games last season, the Cardinals were 18-6; This year, they’re 12-12.
