Michael Wacha fell to 2-4 on the season as the Cardinals hurler was unable to make it into the fifth inning after surrendering eight hits and six runs, two of them earned. Aledmys Díaz committed three errors and Matt Carpenter added a fourth, bringing St. Louis to a major-league-leading 33 errors on the season.
