The Ravens Tried To Troll The Heat And It Backfired
The Ravens' official Twitter account posted the above photos earlier today, comparing the apparent crowd sizes at Miami's championship parade on Monday, and the Ravens' Super Bowl parade back in February.
A nice jab (though completely out of the blue), if not for the selective use of pictures; the Ravens ignored the ones that showed massive crowds lining Miami's parade route, like this and this and this and this. Then, the Baltimore Sun pointed out one big reason the Ravens shouldn't have spoken up:
For what it's worth, the attendance at the Heat’s parade was estimated at 400,000, twice as much as the Ravens’ parade.
That's cross-sport for "scoreboard."
