Titans DT Jeffery Simmons (hamstring) downgraded to out vs. Patriots

Simmons' injury occurred in the second quarter with the Titans leading 10-3. After a visit to the medical tent, he attempted to run, but could not and took a seat on the bench.
In Simmons' absence, the Patriots drove 93 yards for the game-tying touchdown and led 31-13 after three quarters.
Simmons, 28, who has played all seven of his NFL seasons in Tennessee, has 36 sacks in 90 games from his tackle position. He has 4.5 sacks in 2025 and the Titans have not posted a sack without him on the field.
