Those of you kids who like the Ultimate Fighting Championships — and we will confess a fascination ourselves — are surely familiar with Matt Hughes. Not only is he a nine-time UFC welterweight champion, he's also author of the New York Times bestselling autobiography Made In America (his co-author is our friend Michael Malice), but he's also from Hillsboro, Illinois, which is 85 miles from Mattoon.
