All right, well, the season has supposedly started, though rain on Opening Day has to be some sort of cruel trick from God. So let's wrap up the last division.
1. Detroit Tigers. We know the pitching is a bit of a mess, but man, we really just can't get past that lineup.
2. Cleveland Indians. It's amazing how they became the hot World Series pick right after Gammons started touting them.
3. Kansas City Royals. We always, ALWAYS overrate the Royals. This happens every year. We don't
4. Chicago White Sox. How old do you think Jose Contreras really is? We're going with 44.
5. Minnesota Twins. Remember when Joe Mauer was the next face of baseball?
That's it, we're done, predictions as always, awful.

You don't WHAT the Royals?
This day is never going to end is it? But it will all remain hidden.
Im picking the Cubs.
I see what Will did there. Notice how he strategically placed Jose Contreras alleged age, 44, right above the Minnesota's rank. He's subliminally trying to tell us that, after giving Johan away, they'll manage to finish in 45th place in the AL Central.
Seems just about right.
@Brazil Thrill: Proofread before posting, dammit.
@Brazil Thrill: "the Minnesota" is like the Iraq, as such.
Indians
Tigers
The Umps
White Sox
Royals
Twins
Yeah, I'm a little irked about today's game. I can buy the interference call (it looked like maybe Cabrera briefly grabbed the leg), but AJP was safe at first (Garko wasn't on the bag) and worst of all Shoppach absolutely did not tag Crede.
Royals on pace for 162-0, FUCK YEAH!!! As a Royals fan, the beginning of the year is the only time to get excited about baseball season....
When does football start???
Royals
Other 4 teams
@Another-Failed-Tedford-QB: That 0-162 record the Tigers are on pace for sure makes the Cabrera gamble look damn awful
1. Ryan Garko
2. Dontrelle Willis
3. Boone Logan
4. Michael Cuddyer

Memo to Detroit: Losing to the Royals in your home opener is not the way to tout that lineup of yours.
well I'll take solace in the fact that the Royals beat the Red Sox on Opening Day last year so....
Indians
Tigers
White Sox
Twins
Royals
@Magnakai Haaskivi: *cough*bullpen*cough*
1. Asdrubal Cabrera
2. Miguel Cabrera
3. Orlando Cabrera
4. Argh, there are no Royals named "Cabrera"
5. Livan Hernandez
And while we're on the subject of the AL Central, does anyone else think that Curtis Granderson needs a nickname? I suggest "Wheels Granderson". Doesn't "Wheels Granderson" sound like about a 35% better player than "Curtis Granderson"?
