Who should start for England against the USA?
Not long to go now, and still the debates are raging about who should line up for England in their first World Cup outing.
As things stand, no one knows who will be in goal, it's between Carragher and King to go alongside Terry, the midfield isn't set in stone, and there is a fogginess surrounding who should partner Rooney.
Oh, and the team formation isn't certain either. Capello, it seems, is a man who likes to keep people guessing. Hence, in the spirit of attempting to decipher what lurks inside his complicated Italian mind, The Spoiler thought it wise to have a stab at naming the ideal team for the opening match.
