The Argentine coach took issue with an innocuous questions about his huggy-kissy treatment of his players, and launched into an impassioned defense of his heterosexuality.

It's unclear whether the reporter's question was mistranslated, or if it's just crazy Maradona being crazy Maradona. But his eyes widened, and he repeatedly insisted that he prefers women.

"No I have not gone limp wristed," he said. "I am dating Veronica who is blond and 31-years-old."
