MUGSHOT UPDATE: Called the LAPD Media Relations Section at 10:45 p.m. EST to ask about their mugshot policies. Was told they release them if someone's being pursued by police, not if they've already been arrested.
Translation: the mugshot will have to take the normal paps/internal departmental source/whatever route before I can get my hands on it. I'll check my Blackberry throughout the night; if it surfaces, I'll post.
