The Last I He'll Ever Dot
The Ohio State University has a special fan site called "O-H-I-O," where worldwide Buckeye fans can post helpful reminders on how to spell the name of the nation's 17th state. In a note titled "Now Dad is the permanent 'I,'" Juli Miracle explains:
Long time fan who was always the "I-O", is forever the permanent "I". Roy Miracle was shown in an OSU turtle neck that he loved, and holding the position that he loved! The rest of the long time fans are from left to right, Ann Robinson, Juli Miracle, my Dad (Roy Miracle), and Rick Ives.
So, yes, it's exactly what it looks like.
