ESPN's inaugural 2012 baseball broadcast last night didn't exactly go smoothly, what with people flipping off the and cameras catching players pantsless. There was also the issue of Terry Francona's microphone, which had him either sounding like he was broadcasting from a closet or like an outtake from the Lexington Police Scanner.
You can hear a bit of that muffled mic in the above clip, which reader Chris E. suggests has sexual overtones and ends in (his words) "everyone being uncomfortable." [ESPN]
