Debate the merits of tape delaying all you like, it's clearly working (or at least not hurting) from a ratings standpoint. To those complaining, though, NBC has always trumpeted its online coverage, while remaining peculiarly mum about its numbers and feedback. The idea being you don't have to wait for the tape-delay if you don't want to—just watch it online. It is a very sensible idea. In theory.
