Fight In Arrowhead Stadium Parking Lot Leaves One Man Dead
Two suspects are in custody after a man was killed in a fight in the Arrowhead Stadium parking lot during today's Broncos-Chiefs game.
According to KCTV5, police said a man and his son went to their vehicle in the middle of the game. They found a man searching the vehicle and fought him. The man searching the vehicle died.
It is unknown as to whether or not the two suspects in custody are the father and son.
The homicide happened exactly one year from Chiefs linebacker Jovan Belcher's murder-suicide, which ended with Belcher shooting himself in the head in the Arrowhead Stadium parking lot.
Robert Klemko of MMQB was at the game and took photos of the crime scene. According to Klemko, the man killed was in his mid-20s. He was reportedly not shot or stabbed, but the cause of death has not been released. The man was taken to a hospital before he died.
