Florida Put The Players In A Dump Truck For Its Homecoming Parade
Florida hosts Vanderbilt today at noon for homecoming and 24 hours before kickoff, the Gators paraded through campus for the 90th year in a row. 90 years is a lot, and worth celebrating itself, so they got a corvette and put the players in a dump truck.

The parade attracts tens of thousands of Gainesville residents, students, alumni, and faculty. On average, there are over 100 floats and special units showing off their Gator pride throughout the two hour parade. Student organizations build floats in the hope of winning the coveted Homecoming Cup, while local bands, dance teams, and celebrities proudly represent their Gator spirit. Over the past few years, the Homecoming Parade Grand Marshal has ranged from Ryan Lochte to Danny Wuerffel to Joel McHale to the mayor of Gainesville.
The Gators are 4-4.
