With two outs in the sixth inning Sunday afternoon at Yankee Stadium, Manny Machado made a sparkling play (after initially booting the ball) to throw out Luis Cruz at first. The play pulled him well into foul territory, harkening back to a similar play from fellow Orioles third baseman Brooks Robinson in the 1970 World Series.
