Nearly every sane sports fan is offended by the leniency of Ray Rice's two-game NFL suspension for domestic abuse, but don't let anyone at NFL Network know that. They described the suspension today as "dealing with the iron fist of the NFL."
Ian Rapoport's later report seized on the victorious nature of the suspension: "The Ravens stood by their guy, and they got their wish today." NFL Network then used the report as an opportunity to promote their new Thursday Night Football schedule.
