    I was hoping John McEnroe would read from the Freak Book, but I have to agree with the Sports Guy; a broadcast free of hyperbole, inane tie-ins and a 3 man booth is fantastic.

    Maybe it's because I've always had teams or players that came up short against them, but I have a natural reaction against "Dominant" athletes: MJ, Federer, Tiger etc.


    I wanted Roddick to win this one.

    I wouldn't say you can "always" pull for Andy... he's had his share of petulant moments with chair umpires.


    But, I think he's quite similar to Andre Agassi, who also had his large share of petulant moments. Both guys were pretty gracious in defeat, were always grateful to be able to play tennis at a high level, and seemed very likeable off the court.


    But I agree with you dignified Roddick was today. Meeting Triumph and Disaster and treating both imposters the same.
