The New York Daily News is reporting that the Giuliani camp will use a 2004 picture from a Golf Digest photo shoot from Duke's O.D. Vincent's days at UCLA to display the coach's history poor judgment.

The suit cites a number of trumped-up events: Andrew Giuliani throwing an apple at a teammate, driving too fast and breaking a club.

Giuliani claims Vincent pressured the other student athletes to turn against him. Vincent did not return calls for comment.

The photo Giuliani's camp says shows Vincent's bad judgment was shot for a 2004 article in the prestigious magazine.

Now I'll agree that any guy named O.D. Vincent who coaches golf at Duke University is likely a douche of the highest regard, but I truly doubt that allowing his former team to pose "nude" in the sport's most popular magazine is going to get the jilted golfer back on the team. Besides, who the fuck throws an apple?
