    It would have been far easier just to draw a cartoon symbolizing the University as a bloated potentate getting his dick sucked.

    @JB*: I think the fact that Gillespie managed to alienate not only everyone in Kentucky, but also the whole team played a role. The stories coming out are vicious.

    I am no lawyer, but I believe an MOU is considered protected speech, unless (and this is the catch) it has tort liabilities and/or clauses.
