Can we get some clarification on "shortie" vs. "shawtie," please? Because when I hear T-Pain et al singing about some "shawtie," I don't get the sense they're singing about their kids back at home who need to eat. But when I read Kimbo talking about his "shorties," I don't think he's talking about freaks from the club who want to go all night long.

Are we going to mention the fact that yeah, its a reality show, but its quite legit? It gave us the consensus number 1 UFC fight of all time, Griffin vs. Bonner, and also Joe "Daddy" Stephenson and Rampage Jackson. This isn't The Surreal Life he's joining here. Although that's probably next.

@MarkKelsosMigraine: I'm being completely serious. The Ultimate Fighter is a stepping-stone TV show to get into the UFC. Kind of like if Last Comic Standing guaranteed success in the business. Yeah its reality and all but they are playing for real contracts at the end of it and some of the sports biggest people have been found on that show.

@Chris Hanson's Axe: Absolutely legit. Although he'll probably end up with a contract regardless of how he does in the series. The UFC has a large gap between the top tier (GSP/Silva) and the rest of their superstars, so they something new to happen.

/Rampaged established well before his TUF gig.
