    Phil Savage did have an amazing draft picking up Joe Thomas and Brady Quinn, but he also screwed up so awfully deciding to sign DA to a big contract, I'm going to have to go thumbs down. He could have let DA walk at top value and taken two #1's in return, instead he is now saddled with someone worth a #3 pick.
