The Ultimate Tribute To Brandon Weeden's Time With The Browns
The Cleveland Browns released Brandon Weeden yesterday, only two seasons after they shouldn't have drafted him. Someone put together the best of his stint with the Browns, and it's as poignant as a dead raccoon on the side of the highway.
The video's got everything you want in terms of Weeden highlights: hurried throws, a defeat to the American flag, and the infamous, impressively floated pick to Lions linebacker DeAndre Levy that would even make Philip Rivers blush.
But take solace in this, Browns fans: It's all over. You're safe. No longer will you see Cleveland's starting quarterback get hurt, followed by a shot of Weeden warming up. He won't hurt you again. Now, you have Brian Hoyer and possibly a rookie quarterback. The unknown provides optimism.
