Alex Dickerson Hit This Pitch To Goddamn Jupiter

Get a load of this towering dinger that Alex Dickerson sent to the fifth deck up in Toronto tonight. Dickerson’s historic blast (more on this after the dong) went so high that the Fox Sports cameras lost it in the sky.

Dickerson’s fifth-deck shot came 20 years to the day after Mark McGwire became the first player to send a dinger to the fifth deck in Toronto.

He is one of very few players to hit a five-decker, and one of only three to hit one to right field. The home run also extended the Padres’ 23-game dinger streak,and as it stands, they are four games out of the MLB record.
