Knicks vs Pacers Betting Lines NBA

The Knicks vs PAcers game takes place inside the Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, IN, and tips off at 6:00 PM CT on Thursday, December 18, 2025. If you;re looking for some tips, here are my predictions for the three key betting lines (spread, moneyline, and total):

Moneyline: Knicks – The Knicks have a 4 – 6 away record, which is well under 50%. However, they do tend to win as favorites, and the Pacers have struggled at home with a 5-9 record.
Spread: Knicks to cover – For a 14th-placed team in the Eastern Conference, the Pacers spursingly have a 50% ATS record. Unfortunately, they’re coming up against the recent form team for covering the spread in the NBA. The Knicks have covered in 9 of their last 10 games, and have a 17-8-0 ATS record overall.
Totals: Pick’em – The totals line is too close to call, so I’d avoid betting this line. The Knicks have a 60% Under record on the road, but they face a weak team, so I give them a 50-50 chance. The Pacers, meanwhile, have a 53.9% Over record at home. If forced, I’d take the over here, but I’m not confident in either outcome.
