Both teams are coming off home losses. The Seahawks lost to the New York Giants to move to 3-2 on the season. The 49ers lost to the Arizona Cardinals and sit at 2-3.
Looking at the moneylines, the Seahawks are +150 with an implied probability to win at 40%. The 49ers are -178, with an implied winning probability of 64.03%.
As for the touchdown prop betting markets, 49ers running back Jordan Mason is -165 (62.26%).

Coming in on a short week, the 49ers are favored on the road as the Seahawks get three and the hook (3.5).
Both sides have notable injuries, including 49ers tight end George Kittle, cornerback Charvarius Ward, and kicker Jake Moody.
Kittle was limited in practice to start the week while Ward was out. The 49ers signed kicker Matthew Wright to replace the injured Moody. He’s made 40 of 47 kicks in his career, including a long of 59 yards. He hasn’t played since 2023, when he had one game with the Carolina Panthers and missed his field goal attempt of more than 50 yards.
The kicking game is important in a game like this. It’s a short week and a divisional matchup.
Both defenses are similar in the yardage they allow both through the air and on the ground. They also allow more than 20 points per game.
I’ll take the home underdog here in what’ll likely come down to a field goal.
I wouldn’t be surprised to see the Seahawks come away with the win, either.

The total in this game is 47.5 points, but I’ll lean slightly under here with the Seahawks getting the win, 23-21. I think Seahawks quarterback Geno Smith will have time to throw with left tackle Charles Cross battling 49ers defensive end Nick Bosa. Also, look for Seahawks running back Kenneth Walker III to perform.
Walker III averages 5.5 yards per carry on 37 carries this season and has four touchdowns.
Player props are an exciting way to wager on games, as they don’t always directly involve the outcome. In the NFL, some of the most intriguing player props are Any Time and First TD scorers.
For this game, I like Walker III’s odds of scoring a touchdown at -106. He has four this season and has played in just three games. He was hardly used in Week 5 against the New York Giants, rushing five times for 19 yards, but in the two games before that, he had 32 carries for 183 yards and four touchdowns.
He’ll be used plenty in this game, though, especially off a short week and barely any usage or wear and tear from the week before.
