Federal Appeals Court Reinstates Tom Brady's Four-Game Suspension

Photo: Joe Mahoney/ [object Object]  A federal appeals court reversed Judge Richard Berman’s decision today and reinstated the NFL’s four-game suspension for Patriots quarterback Tom Brady for his part in the team’s football-deflating scandal.
Judges Barrington Parker Jr., Denny Chin, and Robert Katzmann ruled on the appeal. Parker and Chin ruled in favor of Roger Goodell; Katzmann dissented. The complete opinion is below.
