A core feature of how Thrillaroo works is the Win Win Guarantee.
This is a type of cashback system where if you have a net loss at the end of your current subscription period (only if you let it expire), you get your lifetime net losses credited back to your account (not your bank account) as cash.
This essentially means that you are only really ever effectively paying for your subscription.

I like this feature, as it means you are not really playing spin-by-spin, but instead, you’re just paying for a gaming subscription – with the WWG covering your losses. It’s a neat system and allows you to manage your funds much more effectively. What’s also great about the subscription-based model is that you don’t actually have to sign up with the intent to buy future memberships on the site. Your subscription is not auto-renewed and you’ll only be paying for the membership after it expires.

As soon as I started gaming at Thrillaroo, I realized that it’s not your average gaming site, and there’s some important things you need to know regarding how the site works.
This site uses a weekly subscription service. When you buy a subscription package, it gives you access to all of the games library, and the two Thrillaroo game modes. When I wrote my Thrillaroo reviews, there were the following subscription options:
From what I can see, the main payment method for this subscription service is ACH, and payments are processed by Dwolla.
Because of how the site works, it does not need any type of gambling license, and it’s currently been rolled out in California, New York, Louisiana, Maryland, Montana, Idaho, and Tennessee.
Once you have paid for your subscription, you can then choose between two game modes:
I like this two-mode gaming approach, as when I created my Thrillaroo login, I simply used the Chill Mode to test the games and find titles which I enjoyed playing. Only after that did I actually jump in and buy some Thrill Tokens.
Another really cool feature I discovered is that you can also use any winnings you’ve accumulated during gameplay to purchase your next membership on the site. The purchase will then get deducted right from your account’s wallet. It’s a neat little addition as it means you’re never really down on more money than you initially spent on your first subscription.
When I used the Thrillaroo website I felt secure. It has SSL encryption, and when I created my Thrillaroo reviews, there was an SSL certificate provided by Google Trust Services.
On top of that, you have all the documentation I expect which includes a detailed FAQ, terms of use, a privacy policy, and a clear explanation of the Win Win Guarantee feature.
If you get stuck and need help while using the Thrillaroo gaming site, you can currently only use email support.
What’s more, they don’t have anything like an email support ticket system – when I clicked the contact button from the website footer, it just had a simple “mailto:” link which didn’t work properly or open my email program.
Despite the difficult functionality of the email support, in terms of quality and response times, it’s pretty good.
It looks to be available 24/7, and the test emails I sent were responded to in less than an hour which is great compared to other gaming sites I’ve played at.
For my Thrillaroo review I spent a little time looking at the usability of the site and I think it’s got solid foundations, although some of it, like the game thumbnails does look a little simplistic.
From a user experience perspective, it’s spot on. You can quickly learn about the different site features such as the subscription packages and WWG feature, and you are able to browse the game library too.
Mobile gaming is done via the mobile-responsive browser version of the site, as I didn’t find anything like a downloadable app.
The smartphone browser version works just as well as the desktop site and I was happy with how the games worked on my Samsung Galaxy too.
Because of how Thrillroo works, I didn’t really find many promotions, instead, the Thrillaroo bonus features are centered around the subscription packages and the WWG setup.

Added: As far as I can see, this gives you the full functionality of a $29.99 subscription, including the ability to buy Thrill Tokens as well as access to the Win Win Guarantee. This is excellent value in my opinion as you not only get to test out the different games on the site but you could also immediately benefit from the WWG during this trial. For instance you could win $200 on your first few days on the platform and immediately withdraw them. If you then were to go on and, say, lose another $500 the WWG would kick in at the end of your free trial period and you’d be reimbursed $300 on top of what you’ve already won!
After the 7-day free trial, things get even more interesting, and a few other features I noticed included:
These promos basically reward committing to a longer subscription, which is something you may want to consider, and it works out that the 7-day subscription is actually the most expensive option on a day–by-day cost.
In terms of entertainment, I noticed that Thrillaroo does not use games from any third-party developers. Instead, it has an in-house development team that is continually working on new releases.
From my time testing this gaming site, there were several new slots that dropped, and I was overall impressed with the quality and creativity of the games.
At the moment, I was only able to see video slots in the game collection and I do hope that they add other genres like arcade games and table games in the future, but for now, you can enjoy some of these titles:
I had fun with Tako’s Tasty Treasures – this is a slot with an oriental theme inspired by Japanese takeout sushi restaurants and I think they’ve done a great job with the symbols and animations.
Most of the games have simple features such as wild and scatter symbols, and free spin bonus rounds that are triggered by getting 3 or more bonus symbols.
There are some games like Pinata Police with non-standard reel layouts and cluster pays mechanics too.
