Homemade Infographic: When's Your Bowl Season?

Congratulations! Your football conference got invited to some bowl games. But "bowl game" covers nearly four weeks' worth of possibilities—from the MAC-WAC showdown in last week's Famous Idaho Potato Bowl to the SEC-on-SEC Alabama-LSU rematch in the national title game on Jan. 9.
So the WAC started early and will end early too, bowing out with Nevada's appearance in the Sheraton Hawaii Bowl on Christmas Eve. That's life on the undercard. The Big 12 and the ACC, on the other hand, don't even start playing till Boxing Day. And the SEC, in case it needed something else to feel mighty about, doesn't have to show up for a bowl game till December 30.
Here's the full conference-by-conference timeline.
