Kevin Kolb Arrested, Charged With Boating While Drunk
Kevin Kolb, former quarterback for the Philadelphia Eagles and Houston Cougars, was arrested and charged with boating while intoxicated in Texas over the weekend. As far as mugshots for allegedly boating while drunk go, this one seems pretty on point.
The Texas Parks and Wildlife department arrested Kolb late Friday or early Saturday morning in Willacy County, and a Justice of the Peace charged him with boating while intoxicated, setting bail at $3,000. He spent nearly 12 hours in jail before he was released.
Kolb, who went to Arizona after his time with Philly, eventually caught on with the Bills before the 2013 season only to suffer a freak slip-and-fall injury and an even freak-er concussion during the preseason. He did not play at all that season and the Bills released him in March 2014. Kolb has been out of football ever since.
