
Borgata Online is set to relaunch its online casino platform on July 3 in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, marking the brand’s most significant update since its original debut in 2013. The launch comes just ahead of the Independence Day holiday and coincides with July 4 celebrations planned at Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa in Atlantic City.
The online casino brand, operated by BetMGM, has positioned the relaunch as a comprehensive platform refresh rather than a simple visual update. According to the company, the new version is designed to modernize the player experience while maintaining access to the games and rewards programs that existing customers already use.
One of the primary changes involves a redesigned interface aimed at simplifying navigation throughout the platform. BetMGM said the rebuild brings Borgata Online closer in design and functionality to its flagship BetMGM Casino product, creating a more consistent experience across the operator’s online casino offerings.
Another notable addition is a centralized Rewards Hub. Instead of requiring players to visit separate sections to review bonuses, loyalty status, and rewards information, the new hub combines Borgata Rewards points, MGM Rewards status, and promotional offers into a single location. The change is intended to streamline account management and make loyalty tracking more straightforward.
While the platform itself is being overhauled, the size of Borgata Online’s gaming catalog is expected to remain largely unchanged. The operator said users will continue to have access to more than 4,000 games, including slot titles, live dealer offerings, and games that are exclusive to the Borgata brand.
The company also plans to introduce additional Borgata-branded slot titles during the remainder of the year. Upcoming releases are expected to include Borgata Gem Strike and Borgata 777 Respin Deluxe, further expanding the operator’s lineup of proprietary content.
The relaunch arrives at a time when online casino operators continue to invest heavily in product development and customer retention. New Jersey and Pennsylvania remain among the most established regulated iGaming markets in the United States, creating pressure on major brands to continually update their platforms and loyalty offerings.
For Borgata Online, the refresh represents an effort to maintain relevance in increasingly competitive markets where user experience, rewards integration, and content variety often influence player engagement. Rather than introducing a new brand or product category, the operator is focusing on updating infrastructure and improving how existing features are presented to customers.
